When Madison and I (Kyle) moved to Culleoka in 2014, we fell in love with the place. The hills, the creeks, the people, the K-12 school, the little mom and pop shops, and even going to the dump every week to have a quick conversation with the 2 guys running the place that day. We love the people in Culleoka, and its our home.

Sweetwater is going to be a place that is open and welcoming to anyone. In fact, we want it to feel more like home, rather than church. God created people for friendship and the mission of this church is to be a place for all of us to come and develop relationships with Him and each other. So feel free to come as you are, with no strings attached. We think you’re gonna love it.

Find Rest
In Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus promises us that if we reach out to Him, He will give us rest because His burden is easy and light. Unfortunately, even His most devoted followers can mess that up and get caught in the rat race of doing church. Sweetwater is going to be different. We want it to be a place where church folks can come and begin enjoying their relationship with Jesus again. A place to lessen our burdens, and be freed up to go and tell others about how awesome God is. Sweetwater Church wants to do our part to help Culleoka come to know Jesus and enjoy a relationship with Him.
